In this newly created position, you will take on a key role in the group-wide digital transformation of one of the world’s leading tool manufacturers. In direct collaboration with our CCO, you will further develop innovative digital solutions such as ToolExpert, ToolCare, and our webshop, and drive the digitalization of our international sales processes.
Your mission: Build and lead an international team that acts as a central service provider for our worldwide sales companies. You will shape the strategic roadmap of our digital products, establish data-driven sales processes, and realize the long-term goal of an integrated digital customer platform – „One FRAISA".
Your tasks
- Product Owner for our digital tools ToolExpert, ToolCare, and Webshop: strategy, roadmap, backlog, further development, and group-wide integration. Ensuring the implementation of the long-term goal of an integrated digital customer platform („One FRAISA“)
- Drive digitalization in sales and sales management: standardization and further development of sales processes and tools; definition of sales KPIs; Power BI dashboards; CRM processes; SAP/ERP integration; lead funnel, conversion. Data governance & security awareness in the sales process
- Cross-functional collaboration with international sales companies, product management, corporate IT, application center, and FRAISA group management
- Change management & rollout: introduction of standards/best practices, training/enablement
- Vendor/partner management for digital platforms (CRM, e-commerce, BI); contract/SLA management; budget responsibility for digital products/services
- Trend/technology monitoring (CRM/e-commerce/analytics) and initiation of innovation projects; cooperation with start-ups and universities
Your profile:
- At least a bachelor’s degree (e.g., computer science/information systems, business administration with a digital focus, or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing/sales of technical products, with initial leadership experience of hybrid and/or international teams
- Conceptual strength as well as process and system understanding
- Data and KPI competence
- Comprehensive project management experience
- Willingness to travel/visit on-site in Europe, USA, and China
- Strong communication and implementation skills as well as intercultural competence
- Motivating, innovative, supportive, and pragmatic team leader
- Languages: German C1 and English B2
