In our HR team, you will work on concrete projects in the areas of HR strategy, personnel and organizational development, and learn how data-driven decisions are made in HR. What to expect with us
What to expect with us
- Contributing to the further development of HR instruments and HR systems (e.g., strategic personnel planning, introduction of an LMS, and change management)
- Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of HR data and reports
- Collaboration on strategic topics within the HR team (e.g., concept development and workshop design)
- Research and evaluation of new HR trends and technologies
- Independent creation of presentations and evaluations
- Scope for creativity and responsibility in (partial) projects
What makes you successful
What makes you successful
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university/FH) in business administration/economics, human resource management, or a comparable course of study
- Very good MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Very good German and good French skills
- Openness to change and willingness to try new things
- Quick comprehension as well as analytical and interconnected thinking skills
- Solution-oriented, structured, and careful working style
- Committed, team-oriented, and versatile interested personality
