In our HR team, you will work on concrete projects in the areas of HR strategy, personnel and organizational development, and learn how data-driven decisions are made in HR. Internship HR Strategy and Personnel and Organizational Development (m/f/d)

What to expect with us

• Contributing to the further development of HR instruments and HR systems (e.g., strategic personnel planning, introduction of an LMS, and change management)
• Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of HR data and reports
• Collaboration on strategic topics within the HR team (e.g., concept development and workshop design)
• Research and evaluation of new HR trends and technologies
• Independent creation of presentations and evaluations
• Scope for creativity and responsibility in (partial) projects

What makes you successful

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university/FH) in business administration/economics, human resource management, or a comparable course of study
• Very good MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Very good German and good French skills
• Openness to change and willingness to try new things
• Quick comprehension as well as analytical and interconnected thinking skills
• Solution-oriented, structured, and careful working style
• Committed, team-oriented, and versatile interested personality
