Your contribution to our team
You are at home in digital communication and appreciate the combination of creation, publishing, and technical implementation. Together with us, you design intuitive design solutions for socially relevant topics. You realize and adapt various communication tools, manage the content of websites, and prepare content such as images or videos for digital learning materials or social media posts. Your daily work also includes implementing mailings based on brand manuals or creating slide sets for presentations.
You work precisely, structured, and with a strong sense of quality. Even with several parallel tasks, you remain organized and coordinate proactively. You quickly familiarize yourself with new applications and profitably bring your technical affinity into everyday work.
You work independently and move confidently in interdisciplinary teams. Initiative, customer focus, and team spirit characterize you. In our 27-member communication team, you mainly work on projects for our external clients.
Your skills
- Completed training or studies in media production, e.g., Mediamatiker/in EFZ, Interactive Media Designer/in EFZ, Polygraf/in EFZ, or Bachelor in Multimedia Production
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in design or communication
- Very good knowledge in maintaining and managing content, learning, and customer relationship management systems as well as handling mailing tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Miro
- Basic technical understanding and interest in digital tools and publishing processes
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
- Good sense of shapes, colors, and visual quality
- Knowledge in implementing accessible communication tools is an advantage
- High quality standards as well as a precise, structured, and careful working style
- Team-oriented, sociable, and independent
- Very good oral and written German skills
