Tasks
You drive digitization and innovation forward, pilot new technologies, use agile methods, and work closely with departments, IT, and partners. In addition, you promote digital culture through workshops and training and ensure high-quality project documentation.
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
- You lead and coordinate projects as well as workshops and change management activities
- Testing and introduction of pioneering technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Low-Code/No-Code, Collaboration Tools)
- Application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) to develop innovative solutions and carry out projects
- Promotion of a digital corporate culture through awareness and training programs
- Ensuring high-quality project and result documentation

Requirements
We are looking for an innovative, resilient, and communicative personality with several years of experience in aviation, tourism, or the IT industry and management of complex projects.
Additionally, you convince us with:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science, digital business, or a comparable education or several years of experience in IT projects
- Professional experience in digital transformation, process optimization, project management, or innovation management
- Analytical and structured working style
- High affinity for technology, especially in AI, automation, cloud solutions, and collaborative tools
- You have very good German and English skills
