Global CRM Manager 100% (m/f/d)

The Global CRM Manager reports directly to the Head of Global Sales & Marketing & Communication and is a sparring partner at eye level.
What you will achieve with us
- Overall responsibility for the strategy, architecture, and further development of our global CRM system
- Translation of business goals into clear CRM use cases (lead management, customer lifecycle, segmentation, automation, reporting)
- Evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of requirements from marketing, sales, and service
- Ensuring a clean, scalable, and maintainable system landscape (no over-customization)
- Enablement of internal roles (e.g., social media / marketing automation)
- Definition and implementation of best practices for data quality, processes, and governance
- Building meaningful dashboards and KPIs for management and departments
- Ensuring data protection and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR)
- Active advising of management on strategic CRM and MarTech decisions
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience as a CRM manager, CRM product owner, or in a comparable role in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of common CRM platforms (Dynamics is an advantage)
- Proven experience in building, restructuring, or scaling complex CRM setups
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle processes
- Ability to mediate and clearly manage between business, IT, and external partners
- Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills
- Ability to enforce the right solution even against resistance
- Structured, analytical working style with a clear focus on business impact
- Very good German and English skills (fluent in spoken and written)
