Your tasks:
- Receiving customer calls and recording faults with a high level of service
- Planning and coordinating technical interventions
- Administrative follow-up of customer orders (installation, repair, spare parts)
- Preparation of repair invoices and delivery of spare parts
- Preparation of quotes and invoices
- Follow-up of pending payments
Your profile:
- Commercial training (CFC) or technical with additional commercial training
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
- Excellent command of French, good oral skills in German (level B2)
- Strong service orientation, autonomy, dynamism, and ability to manage stress
- Initiative and solution-oriented mindset
