Your Tasks
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area
- Preparation of mise en place at the assigned station
- Production of dishes at the assigned station (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier, etc.)
- Receipt of goods and management of the storage
- Contributing ideas for menu design
- Ensuring cleanliness and order at the assigned station
- Performing general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Implementation of Senevita quality and service standards
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
What You Bring
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Passion for gastronomy and enjoyment in handling fresh products
- Experience in à-la-carte kitchen
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a cook
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Good oral and written German skills
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Creativity and motivation to contribute new ideas
- Strong team player
