Job Description
Team supervision and management: supervises, motivates, and supports the care teams in their daily tasks.
Organization and planning of care: ensures efficient scheduling of activities, admissions, discharges, medical visits, and hours.
Quality and safety control of care: ensures compliance with professional practices, hygiene, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Administrative and budget management: monitors budgets, activity statistics, stocks, and inventories of equipment and medications.
Training and skills development: supervises interns, integrates new employees, participates in evaluation and continuing education.
Communication and interdisciplinary coordination: ensures smooth information transfer between different medical and administrative services.
Strategic and institutional participation: contributes to improvement projects, working groups, and sector development under the delegation of management.
Qualifications
Recognized nursing diploma (HES level or equivalent).
Additional training in management or clinical leadership.
Organizational skills and strong sense of priorities.
Communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Team spirit and ability to unite around common goals.
Knowledge of computer tools (DPI, Excel, Opale, etc.).
Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
Quality orientation and continuous improvement of care processes.
