Tasks
Are you communicative, confident, and have a sense of humor? Then we look forward to your application!
- Administrative support of the managers in coordinating and processing requests from Cabin Crew members
- Participation in training activities: support during administrative lessons during course sessions as well as planning and conducting onboarding activities for new Cabin Crew classes
- Organization and coordination of assessments & workshops including scheduling, preparation & follow-up
- Collaboration on projects for process optimization and personnel development in the Cabin Leadership area
- Planning of meetings such as status assessments, probation periods, health care & departures
- Co-design in the preparation & execution of Cabin PR events

Requirements
- A 100% workload is preferred for this position.
- High school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial or business school or 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills, confident handling of digital tools
- Team player, strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent and structured way of working
- Sense of responsibility and discretion in dealing with sensitive personnel matters
- Flexibility, openness to new tasks and high willingness to learn
- Humorous and positive demeanor that fits the Cabin Crew culture
