Your versatile and meaningful activity in a social environment:
• Management of IT projects, from requirements gathering to successful implementation
• Diverse range of tasks around the operation and further development of our application and data landscape (Polypoint, Lobos, M365)
• Responsibility for error analysis and troubleshooting in 1st & 2nd level support
• Professional responsibility for IT security and ICT emergency planning
• Scope for design in the further development of our strategic IT topics
• Empowering and supporting employees in the use of digital tools
• Creation of practice-oriented training materials, concepts, and guidelines
• Varied tasks in the area of data manipulation and evaluation using SQL (SQL Anywhere)
• Broad area of responsibility around planning, administration, and procurement of our IT infrastructure
• Planning and implementation of ICT and digitization projects
You bring:
• Degree in (business) informatics HF/FH or comparable education with further training in informatics
• Knowledge of agile project management methods as well as experience in digitization projects
• Experience in a comparable position and institution is an advantage
• Deep basic understanding of IT infrastructures
• M365 basic training and implementation evidence
• Independent and structured way of working
• High personal stability and sense of responsibility
• High communication and social skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
