Team Leader Support 80 - 100%The Directorate of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Zurich (www.zh.ch/vd) oversees the Office for Labor, the Office for Economy, the Office for Mobility, as well as administratively the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV).
The Office for Labor (AFA), with around 800 employees at 20 locations, contributes to strengthening the Zurich location in the interest of employees and employers.
The Department of Labor Market Measures (AMM), with the services individual coaching and program for temporary employment for highly qualified individuals, is part of the AFA and supports highly qualified job seekers and professionals aged 40+.
As of May 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a committed personality for the position of Team Leader Support 80 - 100%
Your tasks:
- Leadership and further development of the 4-person support team
- Ensuring the service delivery of the support team (reception, registration and booking processes including appointment coordination)
- Management of the participant software Axendo and the LMS
- Interface management
- Internal communication (communication processes, document management)
- External communication in coordination with the superior specialist department of the AFA
- Data analysis and creation of reports
- Active participation in the daily business of the support team
- Leadership support of the department management
- Responsibility for specialist applications and participation in quality management
Your profile:
- Higher professional qualification (e.g. federal diploma, HF) in business administration with a focus on marketing/communication/customer service
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Experience in project management combined with conceptual skills
- High service and quality orientation combined with a healthy assertiveness
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
- Very good MS Office skills, CMS knowledge desirable
- Organizational talent as well as independent, efficient and reliable working style
- Perfect German and very good English skills
