Your Tasks
- You create and update SOPs, instructions, and concepts in collaboration with specialists, nursing experts, and other professional groups
- You lead and accompany projects within the scope of KSA's professional development and ensure nursing quality
- You develop strategic directions together with the nursing development management
- You ensure interprofessional collaboration through appropriate channels
- You take on the role of Super User for processes and training on topics related to the new building
- You are the contact person for topics concerning the new building
- You work closely with the project management of the new building in the nursing area and support the nursing development management in arising topics
Your Profile
- Master of Science in Nursing or currently studying
- Understanding of strategic, operational, and scientific issues
- Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for the further development of specialties in an interprofessional team
