Quality Controller

All our machines are specifically designed for our clients, so each product is unique. Today, we collaborate with clients spread across 22 countries worldwide and we have 8 subsidiaries located in Europe, Brazil, Japan, and Australia.

In this context, we wish to welcome a Quality Controller to complete our Supplier Quality Assurance team

. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using conventional instruments according to the technical file

. Verify certificates of conformity, material analyses, and other technical documents

. Write inspection reports according to the technical file

. Establish non-conformities and handle corrective and preventive actions in close collaboration with industry experts

. Write inspection reports and keep inspection files up to date

. Provide support in handling incidents during the manufacturing of our products

. Perform NDT under the responsibility of the referent

. Assist with metrology

. Read technical drawings

. Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisory bodies

. Collaborate with Production, Technical Office, and Purchasing departments

. Mechanic CFC or equivalent

. Professional baccalaureate or BTS or equivalent

. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller on complex parts

. English level B1

. TQ1, TQ2 training is a great asset

. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard

. Use of Sage X3

. Knowledge of non-destructive testing

. Office 365

. Control software
