Retention Outbound Expert (a) 80 - 100 %

• you contact subscribers with cancellation intentions (outbound) and conduct convincing retention conversations 
• you actively advise and place suitable offers tailored to individual customer needs 
• you efficiently process outbound lists and document everything neatly in the ERP/CRM system 
• you recognize potentials in the conversation and use them specifically for successful closures 
• you work closely with your team to achieve the common retention goals 

• you have very strong verbal and conversational skills on the phone and bring experience in telephone customer service, ideally in outbound or retention 
• you are a motivated, likeable, and team-oriented personality characterized by high commitment, flexibility, and quick comprehension 
• you work confidently with ticket and CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage) and have basic knowledge of subscription processes 
• you respond solution-oriented to customer needs and place suitable offers purposefully 
• you work structured, efficiently, and with quality awareness, even under higher volume 
• you document conversations and results clearly and traceably in the system
