About the job
The Human Resources Department is looking, for the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital, for a:
Human Resources Intern
pre-HES/HEG or post-bachelor one-year internship, 100%
We require:
- a completed secondary II or tertiary level education or a commercial employee CFC
- an ability to work independently, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills towards colleagues and the team, a sense of responsibility and discretion, a strong customer orientation
- a highly motivated, proactive, sociable person eager to develop and invest in the team
- perfect mastery of IT and office tools (notably Word and Excel)
- mastery of the French or German language with excellent knowledge of the other language
We offer an internship with:
- varied and interesting work in collaboration with different partners
- contribution to internal projects within the human resources administration or HR consulting
- appropriate supervision and practical training in the various aspects of human resources management in a large institution
- completion of various tasks focused on the field of human resources administration
- a paid internship according to the salary scales of the State of Fribourg

Human Resources Intern
before HSW studies or after bachelor’s degree, (one-year internship, 100%)
What we expect:
- Completion of secondary level II, tertiary level or EFZ as a commercial employee
- Independent, customer-oriented work, excellent organizational skills, social competence in the team and towards the hospital staff, sense of responsibility and discretion
- High motivation, proactive action, sociability and willingness to develop and actively contribute to the team
- Excellent command of common IT and office programs (especially Word and Excel)
- German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language
What we offer:
- You will take on varied and exciting tasks in collaboration with the HR managers.
- You will contribute to internal projects of HR administration.
- You will be adequately supervised and receive practical training related to the different aspects of personnel administration in a large institution.
