The ZKB Philanthropy Foundation was founded in 2024 and includes an umbrella foundation as well as its own funding foundation. The foundation's activities focus on extensive funding engagement in the areas of social affairs, arts and culture, sports and health, nature and ecology, as well as education, science, and research. Funding projects are supported with a focus on the Zurich area of impact, while the umbrella foundation's activities are implemented nationwide and internationally.
We are a dynamic and future-oriented organization that pursues innovative funding strategies and relies on a strong network. To further professionalize and strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual for the finance and operations management of the foundation.

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the entire financial planning and control of the philanthropy area
- Management of proper financial administration, quarterly and annual financial statements according to legal and internal requirements
- Collaboration with authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for the operational processes of the area, including process optimization and efficiency improvement
- Support of management in the strategic planning and implementation of the foundation's goals
- Ensuring compliance with governance guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., compliance, transparency, reporting obligations)
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Supporting the internal and external communication of the foundation, especially regarding financial and operational topics
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in business, finance, non-profit management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a foundation, NGO, or a company with social commitment
- Solid knowledge in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, controlling, and reporting
- Experience in operational management and process optimization
- High familiarity with regulatory requirements for foundations in Switzerland (foundation law, tax law, compliance)
- Fluent German skills, knowledge of additional languages (such as English, French, Italian) is an advantage
