- Processing partly complex benefit applications and revision cases
- Checking benefit applications for completeness and correctness as well as fulfillment of entitlement requirements and their recourse/regress
- Requesting the documents necessary for assessing the benefit applications
- Deciding on any entitlement to benefits and appropriately justifying the decision
- Handling objections
- Collaborating with various internal and external offices
- Participating in meetings, case coordinations with integration specialists, career counselors, and the Regional Medical Service

- You have a commercial vocational qualification
- Professional experience in the social insurance or medical field, experience in complex case processing, as well as further training in social insurance are a great advantage for managing the tasks
