In this varied and responsible role

• you professionally and purposefully advise and accompany job seekers on their way back to the labor market
• you develop an effective application strategy together with the job seekers and define suitable steps
• you clarify the individual qualification needs and initiate appropriate labor market measures
• you fulfill insurance-related tasks such as clarification, control, and compliance with legal requirements
• you maintain active cooperation with employers, personnel recruiters, and other partner institutions
• you carefully manage the files and efficiently handle organizational and administrative tasks

You are an empathetic, independent, and assertive consulting personality and bring the following:

• a completed vocational training as well as several years of professional and life experience
• further training in HR or social insurance (or willingness to complete it)
• professional experience in consulting, placement, HR, or a comparable function
• very good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and interest in various professional fields
• confident German language skills, high IT affinity, and routine in administrative processes
• pronounced social skills, initiative, and good planning and organizational skills

• a thorough and structured onboarding
• interesting further training opportunities
• a modern workplace directly in Frauenfeld
• the possibility to work one day per week from home
