Your main tasks:
- Welcoming and caring for demanding customers and visitors
- Handling calls, emails, and customer orders via ticket system in German and English
- Access management
- Booking and providing meeting rooms, ordering catering, coordinating technology, as well as setting up/taking down tables and chairs for meetings
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as courier shipments
- General administrative and supportive tasks (e.g., ordering office and consumable materials, binding presentations, maintaining lists and statistics, preparatory activities for monthly closings in the reception area, etc.)
- Taking over tasks from the housekeeping area during absences (e.g., preparing and supporting events, maintaining tea kitchens and printer stations, etc.)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training in hospitality or service sector with a strong customer focus
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Very good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use various specific tools daily
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
- Very structured and service-oriented working style with attention to detail
- High flexibility and willingness to work closely and provide mutual representation with the housekeeping team, as well as willingness to actively help with the setup and teardown of meeting rooms
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
