The Elisabethenheim is a retirement and nursing home with 40 single rooms.
It is a branch of the Ingenbohl Monastery
In our retirement and nursing home, elderly sisters of the Ingenbohl Monastery and mainly residents from the surrounding area are cared for in a family-like atmosphere.
We are looking for April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
- Independent management and organization of the catering area
- Understanding and joy for the special needs of senior gastronomy
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene guidelines
- Implementation of process optimizations as well as continuous improvement processes
We expect from you:
- A completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ and preferably diet cook EFZ
- Professional experience as a cook in a retirement and nursing home or hospital
- Experience in dealing with quality assurance and hygiene concepts HACCP
- Understanding interaction with different people and appropriate communication with a high level of social competence
- Good IT skills
- Hands-on, flexible, resilient, creative, team player, willingness to work weekends
- High quality awareness, open and understanding attitude towards the concerns of our residents
- Very good knowledge of German
