The Swiss Saltworks ensure the salt supply for Switzerland on behalf of the cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The saltworks currently operate 3 saltworks with their associated mining areas. In Schweizerhalle and Riburg, extraction takes place using the leaching process in various brine fields, and in Bex underground also using the leaching process. The safe extraction of the approved salt deposits is essential for all of us. As part of further expansion, we are looking for the following employees for the drilling and brine field operations in the Riburg/Möhlin and Pratteln area for our 2-shift operation: 1x Team Leader Drilling Operations & Workover & 1x Supervisor Drilling Operations & Workover

What you can achieve with us

• Monitoring and execution of drilling and workover operations, independent and safe execution of mechanical interventions on wells, e.g. pipe changes, installation of piping, pipeline modification work, backflushing, milling and cutting work, fishing (retrieval work), etc.
• Monitoring of drilling rigs and equipment, responsible for the correct handling, inspection, and maintenance of the machines and tools used. Safe handling of suspended loads, hydraulic tongs, winches, rotary heads, turntables, pumps, flushing circuits, and various measuring devices
• Support in compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Wellbore protection, active participation in daily safety meetings (Toolbox Talks), use of PPE, implementation of HSE requirements, and immediate reporting of deviations or near misses
• Ensuring maintenance and servicing of equipment
  Carrying out regular functional tests, cleaning, and minor maintenance measures on tools and systems.

Your know-how and background

• Technical training (locksmith, metal construction, drilling technology, construction, etc.)
• Knowledge in hydraulics, pressure and control technology, construction machinery, etc.
• Hands-on, reliable, open, team player with fluent German skills
• Proven leadership experience for the team leader/supervisor position
• Experience as a machinist on a workover rig or crane operator
• Preparation of technical documentation such as daily reports, JSA-Job Safety Analysis, Casing Tally-Pipe Tally (Supervisor)
• Knowledge about corrosion and its prevention and basic knowledge of A.P.I. standards for equipment (Supervisor)
