To support a customer project, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. You will take responsibility for PI Planning for two development teams and work closely with the Product Owners.

Tasks

• Work as Scrum Master / Team Coach for two development teams as well as responsibility for process leadership and coaching
• Support in organizing work, optimizing collaboration processes and workflow, and achieving delivery goals
• Take on tasks for preparation and execution of PI Planning for the two teams as well as coordination
• Close collaboration with the Product Owners and support in backlog management (priorities and scope)
• Remove obstacles and take responsibility for conflict management to ensure optimal agile collaboration
• Support teams in applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Moderate Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe events and promote a collegial feedback and error culture

Requirements

• Proven practical experience as a Scrum Master in a (scaled) agile environment
• Strong qualities of a Servant Leader with a lean-agile mindset
• Very good knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe
• Proficient in using agile collaboration tools (Jira, Miro, Teams, and Confluence)
• Independent and efficient working style
• Communicative and open personality with good self-reflection
• Very good communication, cooperation, and moderation skills
• Inner drive for continuous development, ambitious and resilient
• Language: Fluent German in spoken and written / good English skills
• Experience in scaled agility environments according to SAFe (nice to have)
• Technical affinity and understanding of cloud services (nice to have)
• Further training in coaching (nice to have)

Work location: Bern region (hybrid remote 1-2 days/week remote)

Project duration: From October 2025 until the end of 2026 (with option for extension)
