About OnlineDoctor OnlineDoctor is the leading provider of teledermatology in the DACH region and offers quick help for skin problems. We enable patients to have fast digital access to outpatient dermatology practices within 48 hours. Our goal is to make dermatological care digital, efficient, and close to the patient.
As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you take on the strategic and operational responsibility for expanding and monetizing our partnerships. The goal is to create sustainable revenue growth through targeted cooperation in healthcare and to further strengthen OnlineDoctor's market position.
Core tasks
Development and implementation of a partner strategy aligned with company goals focusing on growth and revenue.
Building, maintaining, and scaling collaborations with relevant partners in healthcare, especially:
Health insurance companies and insurers
Pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic companies
Companies in corporate health management (BGM), hospital groups, and healthcare providers
Commercial development of existing partnerships and identification of new business opportunities.
Close collaboration with marketing and product management to successfully implement partner projects.
Market observation, trend scouting, and representation of OnlineDoctor at industry events and networking events.
Your profile
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, e.g., with health insurance companies, insurers, pharma/dermocosmetics, HealthTech startups, or consulting with a health focus.
Proven experience in building and managing revenue-strong partnerships.
Good market knowledge and ideally a reliable network in the German healthcare system.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strong execution skills.
Excellent communication skills, confident in negotiations, and convincing at decision-maker level.
Passion for digital health and innovation in healthcare.
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of digital tools.
