An additional infection caused by germs can be dangerous for our patients and residents. This places a special responsibility on our cleaning team. Since germs are transmitted very quickly via hands or surfaces, proper, professional cleaning and disposal is particularly important to us.
This is where you get involved
- Responsible for the operational management and support of approximately 25 directly supervised employees
- Organization and daily coordination of professional cleaning taking into account hygiene, asset preservation, health protection, and occupational safety
- Ensuring efficient and needs-based daily deployment planning
- Quality controls and guidance of measures
- Support in optimizing process workflows and services in cleaning
- Introduction and support of new employees as well as conducting professional training in the area
- Assistance in creating performance evaluations and conducting qualification interviews
- Service-oriented communication with various interfaces
- Support and accompaniment of your employees in the cleaning process as well as practical work in cleaning
You
- have a degree as a department head in housekeeping, housekeeper, or hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent training
- work with passion in the field of cleaning
- have professional and leadership experience in healthcare / hospitality
- possess an organized, precise, and independent working style with an eye for the overall operation
- have a high level of self-organization, flexibility in a lively environment, as well as a pronounced quality and service understanding
- have communication skills, very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good IT skills (Office applications, PEP Polypoint duty scheduling)
