Payroll Specialist - fixed term
Your new tasks
- Independent and responsible administrative support of a business unit
- Close cooperation with HR managers and line supervisors in various personnel matters with a focus on payroll, salary administration, social insurance, and time tracking
- Execution of the monthly payroll run
- Salary calculations for various remuneration systems
- Processing of sickness, accident, and EO daily allowances as well as handling family allowances
- Time tracking: control and support of supervisors
- Handling of sickness cases and accidents with daily sickness/accident insurers
- Processing of withholding tax
- Close contact and exchange with employees, supervisors, as well as authorities and social insurance institutions
You bring with you
- Commercial basic training
- Affinity for numbers
- Enjoy working independently and precisely
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in payroll and/or social insurance
- Further training in payroll and/or social insurance is an advantage
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Oral French language skills are an advantage
