Your Profile
- You have a qualification in social pedagogy or equivalent
- In addition to leadership experience, you have knowledge of nursing activities
- You maintain an appreciative attitude as well as a resident-oriented approach to work
- You have professional experience in the field of integration assistance (SGB IX)
- You can demonstrate experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities
- You are creative, a team player, flexible, and committed
- You have the ability to work independently and responsibly
