Your tasks
- Educational care and support of people with support needs (e.g. household management, shopping, daily structure)
- Participation in nursing care within the framework of integration assistance
- Promotion of independence and social participation
- Planning and implementation of educational and daily structuring measures
- Documentation of care and support processes
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team of nursing, therapy, and social services
Your profile
- Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or comparable pedagogical qualification
- Ideally experience in integration assistance, nursing, or care
- Empathy, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to work in shifts
