Your Tasks
- Support in coping with illness and organizing realistic assistance offers
- Advising patients on all social law matters and supporting them with applications
- Psychosocial counseling of patients from all clinical areas
- Maintaining contact with authorities, facilities, and institutions
- Working in a multiprofessional team of doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
Your Profile
- Completed degree in social work with state recognition
- Completed nursing exam with further training in case management
- Professional experience in clinical social work/case management
- Independent and reliable working style
- Empathy, organizational skills, communication strength, and assertiveness
- A high degree of flexibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team
