The position can be filled either by one person with a workload of 80-100% or by two part-time employees (40-50%) – no job sharing, clearly separated areas of responsibility –.

Tasks

Your field of activity:

• Support of the Construction and Safety Department in administrative matters
• Writing reports and applications for the municipal council
• Correspondence, protocols and publications implemented on time
• Mail processing and creation of debtor invoices
• Member of the municipal management staff (staff assistance)

Civil Engineering area:

• Administrative work related to civil engineering, water supply and depot
• Management of fee bases for water and wastewater (mutations of personal data, water meters, etc.)
• Billing of operating fees for water and wastewater

Safety and Environment area:

• Administration and clerical work in the area of safety and environment
• Handling of private reports
• Processing of various permits
• Creation of the municipality's disposal information sheet
