As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Support in room allocation and close cooperation with the team in daily room planning
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Assistance in obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
- Accompanying guests to their rooms and providing service-oriented care during their stay
- Assisting with check-out processes and guest farewells
- Receiving guest requests and complaints and forwarding them to the responsible colleagues
- Preparing invoices for departing guests in coordination with the team
- Supporting the Front Office team with organizational tasks — no independent shift management
- Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a well-groomed look
- High degree of initiative and motivation and a convincing and winning demeanor
- Very high service and guest orientation
- Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera and good MS Office skills
- Very good German and good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
