Your new role

You are jointly responsible for leading a multicultural group of children aged between 4 and 13 years. Together with the care team, you ensure the best possible age- and development-appropriate support, assistance, and promotion of the children. You are also jointly responsible for designing the children's daily, midday, and leisure activities as well as collaborating with parents, schools, and other partners.
