- You are responsible for the quality and consistency of HR master data as the basis for all downstream processes
- You actively drive process optimizations and work closely with adjacent areas

- You have gained initial leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership role
- You work in a structured way, have drive in implementation, and a good sense of priorities

- You communicate clearly, act solution-oriented, and bring a pronounced service mentality
