Concrete Finisher/Customer Mason 100% (m/f/d)

• You create creative proposals for the client and construction management.
• You are familiar with the materials and make the right decisions.
• You enhance the exposed concrete of classes BOK 2, BOK 3, and BOK S to full satisfaction.
• You work closely with the client, construction management, material supplier, and site manager throughout the entire project.
• You independently create and maintain reports.
• You comply with all relevant safety regulations.

• Professional experience as a concrete finisher (BOK 2, BOK 3, BOK S)
• Confident appearance with clients and construction management
• Flexibility and willingness to support as a customer mason if needed
• High independence and commitment
• Good German language skills
• Completed apprenticeship as a mason or painter is an advantage
• Driver's license category B

• Interesting projects in building and remodeling
• Well-coordinated customer mason team
• 5 weeks vacation or 6 weeks from age 50 + possibility to buy additional vacation
• Regular employee events
• Promotion of needs-based further training
