The Lanzeln Retirement Center is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the label &quotQuality in Palliative Care&quot. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake and train station, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. With around 200 employees, we provide a comprehensive and professional range of services.

To complement our team, we are looking for a full-time or part-time

Full-time Vocational Trainer in Nursing 60-90 %

Your tasks

• Training of apprentices FaGe, AGS and nursing students HF in practice
• Leading and reviewing the required training tasks, such as learning days, learning objectives, competency certificates, educational reports, discussions, etc.
• Checking and promoting training processes
• Organizing teaching units, workshops and LTT

Your profile

• Registered nurse HF
• Experience as a practical trainer
• Qualification as a trainer SVEB 1 or comparable further education
• Experience in long-term care
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and responsible working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating and training young people
• Teamwork, flexibility and initiative
• Good IT user skills
