As part of our French-speaking Switzerland organization, we are looking for a customer- and results-oriented person, capable of developing lasting relationships, technically advising customers, and actively contributing to achieving Holcim's commercial objectives.
What awaits you:
- Develop and retain a customer portfolio in the Vaud-West region.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and represent Holcim in the field.
- Achieve commercial objectives (turnover, margins).
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Apply the commercial strategy and pricing policy.
- Prepare offers, follow up sales, and handle complaints.
- Make sales forecasts and participate in projects and customer events.
What you bring:
- Training in the building/construction field (HES engineer, site manager, construction supervisor, or equivalent).
- Continuing education in concrete technology.
- Good knowledge of cement, concrete, and aggregates, with field experience on construction sites.
- Ability to create and maintain quality customer relationships in the long term.
- Team spirit and strong solution orientation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset and strong implementation ability.
- Fluent French (spoken and written); German or English is an asset.
