Accounting Assistant M/F at 60%-100%
The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. To support our Accounts Payable team at the Vevey site for a period of about three months, we are looking for a: commercial employee or accounting assistant
The main tasks of this position are
- Process mail and scan supplier invoices
- Pre-enter supplier invoices into the Opale ERP
- Add the validation circuit
- Manage supplier reminders
- Follow up on open supplier items
We require
- A CFC diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in the accounting field
- A developed sense of accuracy, as well as good quality in task execution
- Comfort with MS Office and office tools
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
