The central Finance & Controlling department of the group takes care of the group's accounting, invoicing and payment processing, and monthly and annual financial statements.

* Monitor our group-wide liquidity situation and develop forward-looking strategies for the allocation and planning of liquid funds
* Manage and maintain internal cost allocations and transfer pricing documentation within our intercompany relationships
* Analyze the balance sheet situation of all group companies and identify risks and action needs
* Are a driver in the selection and implementation of new treasury systems
* Accompany financing processes - from planning and analysis to communication with banks
* Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and internal interfaces to ensure transparency, compliance, and efficiency
* Support forecasts, reports, and financial reporting - both internal and external
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Have a degree with an economic focus - ideally in banking or hotel management
* Bring several years of experience in treasury or financial accounting - preferably complemented by knowledge in accounting, transfer pricing, and intercompany allocations
* Enjoy working analytically, conscientiously, and structured - with an eye for detail and understanding of the big picture
* Are strong in communication, confident in dealing with different stakeholders, and fluent in German and English (C1+)
* Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoy shaping processes and taking responsibility
* Are proficient in MS Excel as well as accounting and ERP systems
