Lean Manager (m/f/d)
Definition, planning, and implementation of process optimizations along the entire value chain with the goal of increasing process efficiency, improving product quality, and sustainably enhancing customer satisfaction.
Application of proven Lean methods to reduce waste (Muda), improve throughput times, and standardize processes.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Analysis of existing processes using methods such as value stream mapping and process mapping to identify continuous improvement potential
- Planning, controlling, and implementing Lean projects
- Mastery and practical application of relevant Lean methods (e.g., 5S, PDCA cycle, value analysis, root cause analysis)
- Facilitation of workshops (continuous improvement, Kaizen, and problem-solving workshops) to develop practical solutions
- Training and coaching of employees and managers in Lean principles, visual management, and continuous improvement
- Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to ensure best practices
- Efficient use of IT tools for process analysis and control
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all company departments to implement improvements across areas
- Close cooperation within the process and quality management team, including participation in internal audits, task sharing, and deputizing
You bring with you:
- Technical basic training with business management further education
- Several years of professional experience in the introduction and implementation of Lean management principles
- Solid methodological competence in Lean tools
- Experience in project and change management, including the application of agile methods in the improvement environment
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High implementation strength, motivating leadership personality with a "hands-on" mentality and the ability to inspire employees for change
- Experience in optimizing flow production is an advantage
