Your Tasks
- Responsibility for a strategy-compliant and future-oriented referral management
- Evaluation, introduction, and maintenance of the referral database (CRM) including data analyses in cooperation with Business Intelligence
- Monitoring and analysis of referral flows as well as derivation and implementation of measures
- Organization and execution of referral events, training sessions, and communication activities (newsletter, mailings, campaigns, "Talk at Noon")
- Coordination of all interactions between the hospital and referrers as well as support of clinics in operational referral care
- Contact and competence center for all questions in the area of referral management
- Referral visits
Your Profile
- Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in healthcare in referral management or a comparable position
- Proven experience in CRM-supported data management, project and process management
- Confidence in appearance at management level and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Organizational talent, marketing and event experience as well as a high degree of initiative
- Analytical thinking combined with communication skills and high social competence
- IT affinity with very good MS Office skills and experience with CRM software
