Your main tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, etc.)
• Execution of repair and maintenance work
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities such as landscaping, leaf and snow removal
• Waste separation and disposal.
• Participation in conversion and renovation projects
• Support at events such as timely provision of meeting and conference rooms
• Quality control regarding cleaning, building, safety
• Accompanying third parties (e.g. suppliers)
• Execution and reporting of in-house work/additional services
• Support and parameter adjustments on the building management system
• Maintenance of electrical or sanitary systems
• On-call duty
• Deputy for property manager 

Your profile:

• Completed technical/craft vocational training or training as a federally certified caretaker
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Several years of professional experience in technical and infrastructural building maintenance
• Organizational and communication talent, constructive teamwork
• Proficient German skills in communication and correspondence (e.g. customer orders via email)
• Driver's license category B 
• Good IT user skills (MS Office Word, Excel)
