YOUR TASKS

• Leadership and promotion of employees as well as qualification-appropriate personnel deployment planning, budgeting, and controlling
• Quality assurance and review
• Ensuring standardized processes and their monitoring
• Ensuring and controlling as well as training in performance differentiation
• Active patient care through professional advice and customer-oriented service
• Ensuring the gastronomic supply of patients in the wards taking into account medical guidelines as well as order and cleanliness in patient rooms and the department's subareas
• Close cooperation with nursing and the F&B department and occasional support with delegated tasks
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree as a certified hotelier-restaurateur HF / certified hotelier-restaurateur HF combined with professional and leadership experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry, ideally in the healthcare sector 
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as high social competence
• Strong customer orientation and high service readiness
• Reliability, economic efficiency, independence, and flexibility as well as solid IT skills
• Project experience desired
