About the job

You are the front stage player in our home base. With your charming and humorous manner, you pamper our guests in the restaurant «Share» and at the bar with first-class service. You also like to be an all-rounder because our cool, new digital concept includes a self-check-in right at the bar. You have an infectious charisma that motivates again and again. With your well-filled backpack of experience in the hotel sector, you work with enthusiasm and are a voice that contributes.

Your task

• Beverage preparation:
  Mixing cocktails, long drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes or creative own creations.
• Beverage serving:
  Serving drinks – if necessary also small dishes or snacks – both at the bar and in the restaurant.
• Guest care:
  Advising guests on drink selection, especially with wine recommendations, taking orders, and providing warm service.
• Bar maintenance:
  Ensuring cleanliness and order at the bar as well as preparing and tidying up the workplace.
• Inventory management:
  Checking stock levels and timely ordering of drinks and consumables.
• Hygiene & safety:
  Compliance with hygiene regulations and, if applicable, youth protection when serving alcohol.
• Cashiering:
  Billing for drinks and, if applicable, snacks.
• Creativity:
  Developing new drink ideas to expand the bar offerings.
