Your main tasks:
- Operating and monitoring building technology in the heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) area
- Planning and performing regular inspections and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fault correction
- Minor repairs, replacement of wear parts, and filter changes
- Fire protection controls and tests on safety-relevant building systems
- Obtaining quotes and communication with third-party companies
- Planning, accompanying, controlling, and accepting service deployments and external work
- On-call duty
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in the HVAC field with a federal diploma (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in building technology HVAC
- Technical understanding and basic knowledge in adjacent technical areas
- Good PC skills and enjoyment in using various internal tools
- Driver's license category B
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style
- High flexibility and willingness to perform on-call duty as well as working hours from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
