Your tasks
- Operational management and active participation in service (restaurant, bar, banquet)
- Responsibility for smooth service operations and high guest satisfaction
- Leadership, training, and motivation of employees in the F&B area
- Scheduling and employee deployment planning
- Ensuring and implementing our quality and service standards
- Interface between the F&B team, kitchen, and management
- Active participation in optimizing workflows and processes
- Control of order, cleanliness, and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
You bring with you
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
- Several years of professional experience in service, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Host personality with a high service and quality orientation
- Organizational talent, assertiveness, and team spirit
- Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
