Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, Focus Psychiatry 50-90%

What awaits you 

• You care for and support psychiatric clients at home
• You take over case management and care organization of your clients
• You design the care process together with the clients in a resource-oriented manner from A to Z
• You work closely with the environment as well as with an extended network (doctors, institutions, psychiatry)

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, at least 2 years of professional experience in a psychiatric setting
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Empathy, mindfulness, and authenticity in dealing with clients
• Driver's license category B
