At the heart of our data valorization strategy, we are looking for a Group Leader, Solution Integration Manager - 80-100%. Become the driving force of agile and intelligent integration by seamlessly interconnecting the company’s systems and services with those of its partners.
The missions awaiting you:
Ensure responsibility for the design, delivery, and maintenance of integration solutions that interconnect Vaudoise’s systems with each other and with our partners
Orchestrate the integration ecosystem to create smooth and high value-added journeys, based on enriched APIs and intelligent facades
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of about 10 people, split between Lausanne and Portugal, in a near-shore collaboration context
Develop implementation schedules taking into account the Enterprise roadmap and associated dependencies
Support the transition and skill development of your team on cloud technologies
Define performance indicators (KPIs), measure service quality, and manage continuous optimization plans
Manage relationships with suppliers, external and internal partners
Contribute to the data strategy and define the vision for integration services
Oversee the financial management of solutions and platforms: TCO, contracts, licenses, and cost optimization
Your profile:
Higher professional education such as HES, University or EPF in computer science or generalist
You have significant experience in software development (Java, .NET) and master the entire API ecosystem
You have already managed technical profiles and know how to unite a team around complex projects
Proven ability to coach and lead Scrum teams towards increased performance and continuous process improvement, aiming for stable velocity and product quality
Customer orientation and service mindset
Excellent communication, ability to unite, inspire, and support change
Fluent French, fluent English essential (minimum C1 – daily working language with near-shore teams)
Proactive, open, and curious, you enjoy working in a team within a multidisciplinary environment. Enthusiastic and client-oriented by nature, you have ease in communicating. You will play a key role in inspiring and empowering our team to embrace change, develop new skills, and thrive in an evolving technological landscape.
