Service description:
The Nyon Rescue and Emergency Center (CSU Nyon) is the emergency ambulance service of the Western Lake Geneva Hospital Group (GHOL). It provides 24/7 prehospital interventions in the Nyon region, the Côte, and the Western Lake Geneva area. CSU Nyon is part of the cantonal prehospital emergency system.
Job description:
Your new tasks include:
- Carrying out prehospital interventions as a leader or team member
- Acting autonomously in the appropriate application of rescue techniques and current protocols
- Handling administrative tasks related to the position
- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of vehicles, equipment, and premises
- Training paramedic students and keeping knowledge up to date
- Contributing to the promotion and maintenance of the CSU quality approach, recognized IAS and ISO 9001:2015
Required profile:
Your success is guaranteed thanks to your:
- C1 driving license
- Good knowledge of the medico-legal basics of cantonal and inter-cantonal ambulance activity
- Interest in knowledge transfer
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily (SMUR, emergency, police, firefighters, etc.)
Education level:
Required paramedic diploma ES (Swiss diploma essential)
