Metalworker / Deputy Workshop Manager

- Technical co-responsibility for a department of aluminum facades, windows, and sheet metal processing with around 10 employees
- Active participation in the workshop (not a pure "office or management job") Role model function in everyday life
Requirements
- Training as a metalworker EFZ (focus on aluminum / facade construction is an advantage)
- Experience in aluminum constructions, window/facade construction, and sheet metal processing
- Independent work, organization of processes and quality
- Leadership experience or a clear desire to grow into responsibility
