• Professional and personnel responsibility for the entire LANDI store
• Professional advice and support for LANDI customers
• Active promotion of the sales assortment
• Ensuring sales-oriented product presentation and assortment up-to-dateness as well as a well-maintained external appearance
• Monitoring and responsibility for the entire inventory
• Control of ongoing operating costs and cost compliance according to annual targets
• Goal-oriented support and promotion of subordinate employees
• Planning and coordination of personnel deployment and smooth communication

You have completed training – ideally as a retail specialist EFZ – and already bring several years of professional experience, preferably in a managerial position. You are a motivating leadership personality with organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility. Business management thinking, confident IT skills (MS Office, merchandise management systems) as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
