These are your tasks
- Maintain and operate buildings with a focus on building services engineering
- Support building automation systems and ensure troubleshooting
- Coordinate, control, and carry out maintenance work including documentation with external service providers
- Document completed work in compliance with applicable standards in the CAFM tool
- Participate as a contact person on site for technical conversions, installations, as well as modernization and optimization projects
What distinguishes you
- Completed technical training in HVACSE, ideally as an electrical, sanitary, or heating installer, supplemented by further training as a maintenance specialist or other further training in the building technology field
- Several years of professional experience in technical building operations
- High commitment, initiative, and personal responsibility
- Cheerful and socially competent personality who enjoys working with different stakeholders
- Preferably user knowledge of CAFM
